A former lead designer’s LinkedIn profile contains clues about a possible revival of a classic Raven Software IP.
The development studio Raven Software, founded in 1990 and now part of Xbox Game Studios thanks to Microsoft’s takeover of Activision, has been developing a total of eight Call of Duty spin-offs since 2011.
The studio’s last in-house production, the shooter Singularity, dates back to 2010. But that could change soon and Raven could once again focus on its classic brands such as Hexen or Heretic.
