An extended demo of Luna Abyss is now available on Steam with new content.
Bonsai Collective today released an expanded Luna Abyss demo on Steam, showcasing brand-new content that unveils a mystery at the heart of the upcoming first-person narrative action-adventure Luna Abyss.
Luna Abyss is currently in development for PC and console. The free demo is currently available to download on Steam for a limited time, sending players deeper into these depths than ever before.
The Luna Abyss Extended Demo is set in the depths of Sorrows Canyon, a region on the edge of the explored Abyss, where our main character Fawkes is sent on his first mission as a prisoner.
In this extended demo, players can engage in fast-paced combat, exciting traversals and mysterious story elements that are sure to leave you wanting more.
The new content includes:
- Additional gameplay that reveals the source of a mysterious signal located deep within the Abyss
- Multiple visual overhauls to the HUD and weapon wheel
- Various optimizations to improve performance and frame rate
- Improved death sequence and checkpointing
- Improved VFX and SFX for the Scout Rifle and Shieldbreaker weapons
- Improved combat experience
- Improved lighting and player navigation
Luna Abyss will contain the following:
- The Buried Secret: Discover the secrets of the mimic moon and the abyss within its depths. Encounter the remnants of the colony’s demise and discover your role in this doomed world. Learn all the secrets the Abyss has to offer.
- Forsaken Abyss: Sprint, jump and run your way through this brutalist alien megastructure.
- Experience fluid first-person platforming as you travel through Luna and the depths of the Abyss.
- High-Octane Combat: Survive deadly encounters with twisted souls and twisted cosmic horrors. Master your weapons and make lightning-fast decisions in fast-paced, explosive bullet fights.
Luna Abyss is being developed by a small team of 16 developers who are passionate about world building, storytelling and classic video games.
