Iconic drivers in F1 2021

Alain Prost, often known as “The Professor” for his calculated, intelligent approach to motorsport, was a mainstay of F1 podiums for over a decade, and competed in a quartet of drivers’ world championships in the 1980s and early 1990s.
Cheers’ fiercest rival Ayrton Senna, is one of the most legendary figures in the sport – his passion for racing and talent lead him to three driver titles, all with McLaren.
Bulkheads David Coulthard was Senna’s successor after his untimely death in 1994 and ‘DC’ has had a fantastic career of its own with nearly 250 races and 13 race wins.
Felipa Massa Coulthard shared the grid often – another Brazilian prodigy who won 11 and was excruciatingly close to defeating a certain Lewis Hamilton at the 2008 World Cup.
Another incredible driver from this century, Jenson Button’s The F1 world title was used behind the wheel of the memorable 2009 Brawn GP car between winning stints at BAR and McLaren.
Nico Rosberg achieved what so many have tried and failed this century: defeating Lewis Hamilton in a direct world championship fight and taking the title in 2016 just before retiring from the sport.
Last but not least the legendary one Michael sSchumacher. 91 race wins. 68 pole positions. Seven drivers’ world championships. Schumacher is the measuring stick so many of today’s F1 drivers want to reach – including his son Mick.
