F1 22 is the next installment of the simulation saga developed by Codemasters and published by EA Sports. This will be the fifteenth entry in the series F1 developped by Codemasters.
The new episode will have several novelties in physics and handling due to changes in the regulations of the Formula 1 World Championship. Lead Game Designer David Greco talks about them and how the team adapted them.
This year’s episode features an improved collision and suspension system. The aerodynamics have been completely revised. Loading now comes from the ground effects under the car, which will now be completely true to life.
The cars have to be lower so that the stops are reached much earlier. It also assumes that curb climbs will be steeper and more difficultwhich will be a big change from previous installments.
F1 22 It will be released on July 1 on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5 and PC.
