Fallen Dynasty will include 17 weapons and 40 armor sets

Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is the next big release to come from Team Ninja, the studio that brought to life Ninja Gaiden, Dead or Alive and Nioh; bring this wonderful title to life on our consoles. We chose the weapons that best matched Chinese martial arts. The moves for each weapon type were based on motion capture by real martial artists specializing in those weapons. Then we tweaked things here and there to make it feel like an action game.

If you master the combos of a weapon type and get used to the martial arts of your weapon, you should be able to complete the game without changing weapons. However, from a game design point of view, we advise the player to switch weapons according to enemy attack patterns.

As in all Souls-like, weapons and armor can be upgraded in forges for a small fee depending on the rarity and level of the equipment. And how could it be less, lPieces from each of the 40 armor sets can be perfectly combined with pieces from different games.
