Following the introduction of Battlefield 2042, EA had to expand the Battlefield 4 servers

I know it will sound unpopular, but I can’t wait to play Battlefield 2042. Even though it won’t have a campaign and will be fully developed to be played online, I’ve always loved the franchise. However, the last two installments disappointed me a bit as I didn’t complete any of the campaigns.

I imagine that much like a server, a lot of gamers are already a little tired of playing around with WWII weapons and have decided to take back the urge for Battlefield by returning to the fourth installment.

Since then, many of you have returned to Battlefield 4 to get a glimpse of a return to All-Out War. We have followed your experience and noticed that the wait times in the Western US region were much longer than in other regions. Good news, we’ve increased the server capacity for this region – you can expect less waiting and more games.

We will continue to monitor wait times and make further adjustments as necessary.
