Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance features a massive expansion with new locations, demons and music, as well as more accessible gameplay, a refined combat system, new demon experiences and improved world exploration.
When the protagonist’s usual route home in present-day Tokyo is blocked due to a gruesome murder, an unplanned detour leaves him buried in rubble and unconscious. He finds himself in a completely different Tokyo, a devastated wasteland called Da’at.
Before bloodthirsty demons can attack him, a savior unexpectedly appears, with whom he merges into a powerful being that is neither human nor demon: a Nahobino.
Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance offers a mature RPG experience for long-time and new fans alike. At the start of the game, players will have the choice between the Book of Creation, which tells the story of Shin Megami Tensei V, or the brand new Book of Vengeance.
This new, dramatic tale of vengeance features all-new characters and a group of enigmatic demons called Qadištu, as well as a new dungeon and map to explore. In addition, Shin Megami Tensei V’s combat system, demon fusion and world exploration have been revised and expanded for the latest title in this series.
