Getting Sony to go to E3 is bad news for everyone

Bad, news, Sony

Today we learned that Tony is also jumping for the second consecutive year at E3. What today is still the biggest video game in the world, left without the presence of one of the world's giants.

This is not an entry type «this company is better than no other«. It's just a thought that most of us have our heads around. So if you want and feel like, we can use this article to discuss in the comments. Remember that this is a very personal view of the server, but I wanted to do this editor for a long time.

Fear of E3

I do not know the reasons why so many Powerful companies leave the ship for Electronic Entertainment Expo is being held in Los Angeles. Nintendo, Electronic Arts and now Sony among others have made it to the fair. Although they don't take much from the days, they do.

I think being unchecked affects us all. More than anything because the show loses its appeal. While it is true that there will be other players to show, if Sony and Nintendo leave the "competition" the interest is not the same.

Injury control

The fact that Tony's absence hurts us all does not mean that it is not knowing what fault is being controlled by these issues. Since the fair is small for the Japanese, until a dedicated event they do well. And no, they don't do well. Because the remaining experience has no content.

All three major Hardware generations had a console presenter at their event and an event at E3. It's not against being in both places at the same time if you have a visual; however, the Japanese have taken on other illegal, personal and third-party activities.

This is good to keep giving great visibility, and with platforms like Mixer or Twitch coming up it doesn't make much sense not to take advantage of the media position it offers. I always give the same example to my friends, I don't like football, and on E3 server it is like watching the Champions League final, not because of competition but because of the news that the industry will leave us.

For all these reasons I do not understand why anyone would be happy that this brought down the bar. Nor do I understand the pride of the Playstation community, or the accumulation of this decision. Or on the sneaker-looking "Xboxer" bench that the Japanese have something else to do, or even argue about it.
