godfall is a melee action RPG specifically designed as a tinkerer’s dream. As the Orin, you will find Aperion at the Precipice of Doom. You and your small band of loyal champions are the last of the Valorian Knights, godlike warriors capable of equipping Valorplates. These legendary armor sets transform those who wear them into unstoppable masters of melee combat, harnessing powerful elemental and status effects to rend foes. Your goal is to climb through the elemental realms and challenge Macros, who quickly acquires the resources necessary to rise to god status.

Take on the epic campaign in single player and co-op
The history of godfall lets players adventure through the three elemental realms of Aperion, alone or with up to two other players, as they head towards the final confrontation with the corrupted fallen knight, Macros. If successful, an even greater threat will arise with the arrival of Moirax and the Flameblood Tribe in the deadly Fire Realm from the Fire & Darkness Expansion. The enemies of the Fire Realm are as varied as they are formidable, and will test even the best equipped knights. Choose your Valorplate
Inspired by the zodiac signs, these 12 unique armor sets each offer different powers, from summoning spiritual support, redirecting damage to enemies, or enhancing attacks with elemental status effects of Fire, Earth, Air, and Water. They are unlocked by spending resources gathered from various sources in the realms of Aperion. Valorplates can be further strengthened thanks to the new shard system.
As a certain Valorplate dawns, players must complete unlock requirements such as defeating enemies or finding points of interest in the Ghost Realms game mode in order to unlock shards. Once unlocked, the Shards are equipped with the Valorplate, which activates an additional ability tied to a triggering move in combat. Shards can be upgraded up to five times in the Forge to scale benefits. After unlocking all four Shards on a given Valorplate, it becomes an Ascendant and gains a second ability. What’s more, once all four shards have leveled up to rank five, the Valorplate becomes exalted and gains a third ability, such as: B. Massive increases in disease damage.
The inventor’s dream
There’s no shortage of great loot godfall. And you’d better believe that the Exalted Update is packed with features to help you n avigate all of this treasure, as well as a variety of new cosmetic options to unlock. Knowing that each fight and challenge may require its own specialized approach, players can customize and save up to three loadouts for each valorplate. Make sure you keep experimenting until you find the ultimate build befitting a god!
We couldn’t call godfall An action RPG if it weren’t loaded with a variety of deadly weapons for players to master and collect. Players can expect five weapon classes, each with their own play styles and attributes. These include the swift and deadly longswords and dual blades; the powerful long-range polearms; and the devastating warhammers and greatswords, perfect for crushing enemies.
By defeating enemies, players gain experience that helps them advance to level 50. Each level earns a player a skill point that can be used to improve various attributes and your move-set in battle. The journey doesn’t just end at level 50 – players can level above the level cap through a whopping 450 levels of Ascension to unlock new powers and bonuses that allow them to gain the upper hand against our hardcore endgame challenges.”
A range of rewarding endgame activities
Godfall shines brightest when players have the opportunity to put their brilliantly crafted builds to the test. And what better way to do that than to invite your friends over to loot and smash through the game’s various endgame modes. Players can team up with up to two other players to challenge Godfall’s unique endgame modes like Dreamstones, Tower of Trials, Lightbringer, and the all-new six-player Spirit Realms. My personal favorite of these great options is fighting increasingly ferocious enemies in the Ascended or Exalted Spire of Trials. Wave-based in nature, these modes will be your gateway to legendary gear that can only be achieved by climbing the tower and taking on high-level bosses. Xbox One, Xbox Series S, and Xbox Series X players can all jump into endgame matchmaking together, so be sure to bring some friends!
Xbox exclusive improvements
When we set out to create Godfall, we wanted to create a lush and vibrant world. Metals needed to shine, and visual effects needed to contrast with backgrounds. With our arrival on Xbox, those wishes have been increased to 11. Xbox players will be able to experience Godfall’s visuals like never before with the addition of Variable Refresh Rate and Dolby Vision for HDR-capable displays. We’ve spent a lot of time customizing every visual effect in the game, and we hope you can feel that labor of love, or at least benefit from the effort with brighter highlights, sharper contrasts, and more vibrant colors throughout the experience.
The complete experience
Godfall: Ultimate Edition is a complete premium experience. There are no microtransactions or DLCs to bother with – all cosmetic items can be earned by hitting milestones and completing in-game challenges, and the Ultimate Edition even includes the original Ascended Edition and pre-order rewards! We’ve listened closely to player feedback since Godfall launched and have worked incredibly hard to bring as many of the community’s most requested features into the game as possible. Combat is faster and more fluid with a knockdown recovery ability; inventory management is more streamlined and robust; Valorplates have a diverse feel and offer unique playstyle options; The story experience has been improved and there are now dozens of new weapon banners and shield cosmetics to unlock.
