The Korean developer and publisher Pearl Abyss has published new success figures to celebrate the eighth birthday of Black Desert Online on PC: The game reaches 55 million registered users worldwide across all platforms and has raised a total of more than two billion dollars since its launch in Korea in 2014 Revenue generated.
Pearl Abyss is celebrating two more birthdays in March: Black Desert on console turns five; There has also been crossplay between PlayStation and Xbox for four years now. To celebrate, Pearl Abyss brings the new class Scholars on March 6th on both consoles.
After a successful 2023 full of awards such as the 2023 Dari Award for Business of the Year, the critically and player-acclaimed Land of Morning Light expansion, and more than six amazing community events worldwide, Pearl Abyss is planning more culturally inspired content in 2024 , community celebrations, big discounts and surprises.
