The second season of Halo Infinite, which brought a lot of new content to the title, but also some major tuning and balancing changes for certain weapons and vehicles, as well as other important additions.
In addition to everything that has already been added, it is expected that in the coming weeks we will see even more news coming to the title through new updates, including new events that will continue to bring free content through their own battle pass.
Here’s the new Halo Infinite performance mode on Xbox Series S
One of the latest things added to the title with the second season update was the addition of new performance modes in Xbox Series X and Series S, the latter being the most striking, since now the game again has a mode to run at 120 fps like in the betas released last year.
This was removed at launch but is now back in Halo Infinite and today we bring you a posted video and YouTube showing that it works in both campaign and multiplayer, having in both cases drops of 100 in open spaces or BTB maps, while in smaller places we have a higher fluidity that in some cases reaches 120 frames per second.
It’s great to have this performance mode back in Halo Infinite for players with an Xbox Series S at home, once again proving what the Xbox Series X’s little sister is capable of.
