Wales Interactive, studio to which we owe something in particular Soul axiom or Sker’s maid, today announces the development of a psychological thriller entitled I’ve seen black clouds. It is noteworthy that the title takes the form of an interactive film produced by Ghost Dog Movies. In the cast we find Nicole O’Neill (Penny Dreadful), Rachel Jackson (Outlander) and Larry Rew (Avatar).
The adventure puts you in control of Kristina, a young woman who decides to return to her hometown after the death of one of her friends. As the latter searches for answers, she will discover dark and dangerous secrets. The game will incorporate supernatural elements, suggesting a more mysterious scenario than it seems.
Like any good interactive film, The story will adapt to your choices. Through your choices I’ve seen black clouds will define a personality for Kristina among five options. Other factors like denial, acceptance, and guilt will come into play as the plot progresses. A dedicated stream mode is incorporated which allows those wishing to broadcast their game to pause the action if dilemmas arise and discuss them with viewers.
I’ve seen black clouds will be released in the first quarter of 2021 on Xbox One, PC via Steam, PS4 and Nintendo Switch. A next generation version will appear a little later.
