In addition to other surprise content, three new game modes will be available later in the season, giving you new ways to perfect your bow and spear skills and offering you new methods to win:
Game Mode: Fishfection (Mid-Season)
Avoid the hook in this slippery take on Infected. Armed with only a compound bow and spear, Fishfection has you avoid being eliminated by a bloodthirsty swarm of Fish Operators made up of previously fallen players.
Game mode: Paintball (mid-season)
We’re going painting! Played primarily on small maps and in modes like Capture the Flag and Kill Confirmed, paintball gives players enhanced movement abilities for the duration of the mode and replaces all bullet impacts with paint splatters. This means every weapon kills in one shot, so take cover behind a bunker of your choice and get ready for some quick painting.
Game Mode: Defuse or Destroy (Mid-Season)
Also mid-season, look forward to an explosive twist in Search & Destroy! In this turn-based objective mode, teams take turns attacking and defending bomb sites. And the best part? Rounds in this mode begin with a bomb already placed in one of two possible locations, literally putting a ticking time bomb into play as teams take turns defending and defusing.
