We had already announced that The Division 2 would be updated soon to take advantage of the hardware of the next generation consoles. Specifically, Ubisoft had announced that a patch will arrive for the game that will offer us the ability to play on Xbox Series X at 4K resolution and 60 frames per second.
At the moment we did not know the exact date of the game update, but we can now confirm when this update will arrive, in particular it will arrive on February 2 for Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S. It has been developer of Ubisoft and The Division, who confirmed that on February 2, the game will be updated on next-gen consoles.
The Division 2 at 4K and 60fps on Xbox Series X from February
At this time, no additional details have been revealed about the different versions, although we do assume that in the Xbox Series X it will work with one type of resolution and frame rate and in the Xbox Series S, it will be another. We will have to wait until Ubisoft reveals all the details of this long-awaited patch for one of its most popular games.
No state of play tomorrow.
