Many questions surround the next game Indiana Jones announced in 2021. Everything indicated at the time that this title developed by Machinegun Games would be cross-platform. But since Microsoft has acquired Bethesda and the studio responsible for the project, many are wondering if it may have become exclusive to Xbox. Well, according to Jez Corden, who spoke on the Podcast Xbox Two
Rand Al Thor : “We don’t know if it will be exclusive.”
Jez Corden : “No, he won’t.”
Even though Corden’s information is almost a year old, he seems pretty confident. Admittedly, “that may have changed since then”
Very little information has been filtered about this game Indiana Jones. Logic leads us to an adventure game starring Harrison Ford in the title role, but where will the action take place and when? Will the view be first-person, third-person? (It would be sad not to see his hat.) Even today, these questions remain unanswered. The release date also remains a mystery. We know that the fifth cinematic opus, directed by James Mangold, is slated for June 2023. It would be a shame to deprive ourselves of such an advertising springboard to launch our alter egos in video games… Perhaps we will have more information during Xbox & Bethesda Showcase 2022 from June 12th?!
