With the Indie Box, the entire XboxSquad editorial team offers you mini reviews of very little known or featured indie games. While some don’t deserve to step out of the shadows of the Xbox Marketplace, others might be worth a look. That is the whole subject of this section.
Palidrome Syndrome is a very classic escape room. Puzzles are solved to open access to go from room to room. There’s no flashy universe or brilliant writing quality. The solutions to the proposed puzzles are pretty obvious. Some mechanics are declined multiple times with slight variations, making it a bit too repetitive for my liking.
So without much interest on the head sport side, palindromic syndrome can, however, convince the supporters of slight successes. I actually unlocked the 1000G in about 3 hours without paying any attention.
I appreciated:
- Interface in French
- 1000G without sprains
I liked least:
- Overly obvious and repetitive puzzles
- Short lifetime (3h)
