Two days ago on the Generalación Xbox we launched an interview to know first hand about how you like the power of the Xbox controls. Microsoft explained last weekend the reasons why they kept the batteries as a source of power for Xbox controllers, for them, and to provide more opportunities for players have always been key.
It is clear that choosing batteries or an integrated battery creates debate among players, even though there are many who like battery control / recharge or the option to chase and play, many others prefer that the Xbox controls work with the integrated battery. The survey we launched on March 31 is a true reflection of the polarity we are talking about, among the almost 2,000 votes We recorded, there is very little difference between those who prefer one option over another.
Xbox controller with batteries or battery?
In total 1,939 votes were registered (up to this hour) we have some very competitive results in our latest survey. With 980 votes and 51% votes, we have users who prefer remote controls with batteries. On the other hand with 950 votes and 49% prefer the combined battery of Xbox controllers.
With this sample it is clear that Xbox users almost tie the tie between those who like the batteries to those who like the integrated battery. For example, Microsoft opts the integrated battery of its Elite controller, but in standard configurations it extends through batteries as a primary power source. Of course, each of their choices has its advantages and disadvantages, but in the end, each one of them captures their interests as we are able to confirm this research done for our students.
