Ultros is based on the idea of Swedish artist Niklas Åkerblad, better known as “El Huervo”, who founded Hadoque studio in 2019, to put all his artistic knowledge into a new project, the aforementioned Ultros, which, as mentioned in its description, it is a psychedelic metroidvania in which you wake up in a desolate place: the Sarcophagus, a cosmic matrix that contains an ancient and demonic being. Inside the loop of a black hole, you will have to explore the Sarcophagus and meet its inhabitants to understand your role.
Art design and gameplay at the highest level
One of the aspects that stands out the most about Ultros is its aforementioned artistic style, which makes it unmistakable when it comes to encountering it, its most psychedelic set design, This will make our trip a sea of sensations. Of course, its playable section will not be outdone, since the alien creatures that we will encounter throughout the adventure will manage to lead us into great and difficult battles.
