Japan’s regulator says Microsoft’s takeover of Activision doesn’t affect industry competition
Approval of the acquisition of Activision by Micros oft seems to be getting closer and closer. And it is that a new regulator has given the green light to the purchase. Now it’s at Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC)
It seems that little by little all the regulators approve this historical transaction of the company, valued at 68.7 billion dollars. If the purchase is approved, franchises such as Call Of Duty, Crash Bandicoot, Diablo, Overwatch or Spyro would become part of Xbox Game Studios
