Members of EA Play and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate got their first glimpse of the latest installment in EA Sports’ famous American football franchise Madden NFL 22. Now, following issues with timers and accessibility of games, EA has announced that it will extend the early access window for Madden NFL 22.
Madden NFL 22 is slated to launch this week. Madden NFL 22 Early Access opened on August 12 and is available to all EA Play and Game Pass Ultimate players. until Tuesday August 17th.
Madden NFL 22 Early Access Extension
In light of the game’s countdown reports which continue even after players have left the game, EA made an official announcement regarding the game’s free trial. On MaddenNFLDirect’s Twitter, the publisher announced that it will officially extend the early access trial of Madden NFL 22.
EA also offered workarounds in its announcement for players still struggling with the timer. The ad’s suggestions included hardware-related fixes to move the clock forward, such as Restart the console using the Xbox menu after playing Madden NFL 22.

The Madden franchise has often been criticized for the lack of significant changes in annual titles, a trend EA hopes to break with the upcoming title. Adjustments in other popular game modes such as the “Face of the Franchise” story mode and the very popular “Madden Ultimate Team”.
