We all wanna know what’s gonna happen after the acquisition of Activision Blizzard by Microsoft. There are details that are so obvious that anyone can take them for granted, like the fact that they will make their games for Xbox, that many of the existing ones will come to Xbox Game Pass, and that all studios will remain at least some time .
The thing is, we’ve already seen Phil Spencer’s classic ambiguity exercise before the final purchase. The division chief left a few words about what they want to do with the Activision franchises. Major Nelson calls for calm with Activision takeover
Anyone who’s been in this business for a while knows that right now and until the purchase materializes, Xbox still can’t say much about future plans.
