Manic Mechanics is available now for PC, Xbox and PlayStation.
4J Studios, known for the console adaptation of Minecraft, is releasing its first original title: Manic Mechanics. The game is available for PC (via Steam), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
Manic Mechanics was released on the Nintendo Switch in July 2023 and, with its playful and creative depth, is a fast-paced, action-packed addition to traditional couch co-op games.
The cross-platform release brings with it a whole range of new content. In addition to the new Versus mode, which has the potential to end friendships forever, there’s a range of new characters and fun adjustments to some of the most popular levels.
In Manic Mechanics, up to four players slip into their overalls and prove their skills as budding mechanics to the car-loving population of the Octane Island. Challenge the island’s master mechanics and show them what you’re capable of!
Repair as many cars (trucks, motorcycles, tractors, submarines, UFOs…) as possible in a hectic race against time. The faster you screw, the more chaotic it gets.
Don’t let the little things throw you off your game – for example, fuel leaks, explosions, short circuits in the robot electronics, marauding herds of cattle or abductions by aliens. In other words: everyday challenges in vehicle repair.
With over 30 stages spanning Octane Island’s six neighborhoods, there’s plenty to experience.
