The cancellation of the GDC 2020 due to Coronavirus did not stop Microsoft from dropping its plans and will continue with the panels they had planned for the event in March.
Everything the American company has planned for GDC can be seen next Tuesday, March 17 and Wednesday 18. In all things Microsoft will announce will have space for the Xbox Series X and Project xCloud. So far they haven't revealed much details, but you can write down these two days to learn more about the new console and Microsoft's anticipated streaming platform, Project xCloud.

As you can see, both days will be loaded with news from the Xbox, but it marks the 18th, at which time Microsoft will also be debuting the Xbox Series X and Pro xCloud.
