New trailer premiere and voice actor interviews for Metaphor: ReFantazio on the Xbox Gamescom livestream.
The livestream featured a pre-recorded video from Studio Zero head Katsura Hashino, who introduced viewers to the brand new trailer for Metaphor: ReFantazio, “Fantasy Without Limits,” which follows the journey surrounding the Tournament of Thrones.
The trailer showed the protagonist traveling across the land trying to win over the people of the United Kingdom of Euchronia in the hopes of being elected their new king and taking the throne. You can watch the full trailer here:
The Xbox @ Gamescom livestream also included an informative interview with actors Stewart Clarke and Kristin Atherton, who voice the central characters Strohl and Hulkenberg in the English version.
The two actors talked about their roles in the game, how they prepared for their performance and what it was like to immerse themselves in the magical, medieval world of Metaphor: ReFantazio.
Metaphor: ReFantazio will also be released on October 11, 2024 on Xbox Series X|S, Windows, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Steam.
