Cloud Gaming goes like a bang, it’s a fact, not a Microsoft fable. The data speaks for itself, over 10 million people have already used the service and we currently have a good handful of games available. In fact, Microsoft shared that more than 150 games support touch controls
Although the giant is reluctant to give more specific data on the company, it helps us to get an idea of all that this model can give. From Redmond, they filled their mouths saying they weren’t looking to replace local play, but to complement it, reach more players and provide more options.
Xbox Cloud Gaming is a hit for Microsoft
In their note via Xbox Wire, they left us with some interesting details such as the fact that there is a good base of Xbox One users using cloud gaming to be able to play Gen-9 games, which are basically the gen current Xbox Series X and S series.
Another interesting fact is that of Microsoft Flight Simulator, which has become the most played game in the Cloud Gaming catalog.
Cloud gaming also extends to more intensive gaming, allowing Gen-9 titles to be played on Xbox One via the cloud. Microsoft Flight Simulator is a good example. It became available via the cloud on March 1 and quickly became the most played cloud game on phones, tablets, PCs and consoles for the month of March. Players who would otherwise not have access to Gen-9 titles now have the option to jump into the devices they own.
