The free World Update V: Nordics is now available for Microsoft Flight Simulator.
The virtual world in Microsoft Flight Simulator is getting its latest major update with a focus on the Nordic countries Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. Known for its natural splendor and architectural beauties, this region was portrayed in its most realistic form yet in World Update V: Nordics.
Pilots can take to the northern European skies and explore vast fjords, captivating cityscapes, imposing peaks and centuries-old iconic castles from the cockpit. World Update V: Nordics contains detailed improvements for vast landscapes, enhancements to regional architecture, improved data for 100 airports and 78 carefully selected sights.
This update also includes five bush tours, one for each of the Nordic countries, that showcase some of the best elements of those destinations.
And finally, World Update V: Nordics brings new handcrafted airports and five original landing challenges that test and refine flying skills under different conditions. Test your landing skills on Denmark’s Bornholm, Iceland’s Ísafjörður, Sweden’s Stockholm Arlanda, Norway’s Svalbard and Finland’s Vaasa Airports.

Microsoft Flight Simulator is currently available in Xbox Game Pass for PC, Windows 10 and Steam and will be released on July 27 for Xbox Series X | S.
