Microsoft is working on improving gender filtering in the Xbox Store

The Microsoft store still has a long way to go to even come close to its biggest competitor, Steam. And it is that the Valve store has years of experience behind it and it shows in details like the one we are going to mention in this post. The filtering part of the store from the Xbox Dashboard leaves a lot to be desired.

And I’m not saying it, Microsoft itself admits it, which has claimed to be working on improving this part. It is not uncommon today to see games classified in the shooter genre that have nothing to do with this theme. I know there are games that are difficult to fit into one genre, and bringing all genres to market is out of reach. But between that and now, there is huge room for improvement.

The Xbox Store will improve filters, and that’s very good news

It is Daniel Martins, who is currently Xbox Loyalty and Marketing Manager for Brazil and the United States. According to his story, they have received feedback from this party and are already getting down to business. The best thing is that it looks like it won’t take long to see the changes, as it’s already in the hands of Insiders.
