The closure of one third of the world's population is causing networks to operate at their best. The coronavirus health problem is causing all Internet providers and service providers to take critical steps to make the service of the highest quality possible.
Companies that offer streaming or download game services such as Xbox Live, Xbox Store, PlayStation Network, Amazon, Netflix and many others are reducing their services to stabilize usage and to be able to provide relevant services to all their customers. If just a few days ago it was Sony who announced that they were reducing download speed in its digital store, now Microsoft has announced some restrictions for the same purpose.
Microsoft's cloud services up to 775% are effective
Tom Warren explained on Twitter the steps taken by Microsoft to alleviate this overuse. In the meantime some of the most drastic steps they have taken will reduce the speed of downloading games and updates in the coming days. On the other hand, you can also restrict streaming services like Project xCloud to avoid distribution.

One of the steps they've already taken is to limit the upload of personalized photos to Xbox Live as well as profile photos or community background and clubs.
