Here’s some information that you should take with a pinch of salt… Windows Central provides it that a new one Mortal Kombat would be planned for 2023 in the form of a reboot! It would continue to be developed by NetherRealms and published by Warner Bros. and would be named Mortal Kombat 1. It would either be a franchise reset or a remake of the first.
Many conditions but multiple sources seem to confirm this reboot. The “unveiling” would be scheduled in the coming weeks, so a digital event to announce it seems the most compelling!
