Here is a game that will bring back fond memories for many gamers … Myst will be available on August 26th for Xbox One and Series X | S return, the first day in Game Pass! This version is called more precisely Myst remake, a revised version of the original from 1993. Originally released on Oculus Quest last year, you can check out the remake trailer below.
Myst suggests a simple assumption: you are the alien who was teleported to an island after reading a book that featured it. You have to discover other works, which in turn open up new worlds. Only a friend, your brain, will help you with this. Forerunner of the “Walking Simulator”, Myst will have driven more than one crazy with its tangled puzzles and twisted logic … But it remains without a doubt a true classic of the genre.
Built from the ground up with The Unreal Engine, by the same studio that created the original, Myst remake will propose many changes. First, the graphics, which are great to start with, will incorporate multiple modes, including ray tracing. The artistic design has been revised, the sound as well, some interactions modified and an option to implement random puzzles! One piece of advice, prepare the Ray-Ban as well as the Dolipranes …
