The magic of the Annis Hag may have been weakened, but the renewed battle within the Feywild continues Never winter‘s Sharandar Episode 2: The Soul Keeper!
Following the defeat of Granny Necksnapper in Episode 1, the Illiyanbruen elves focus on strengthening their position in the ruins of Malabog and seeking answers to the disturbing reports from the Mended Grove (formerly known as the Blighted Grove). In Episode 2, adventurers will once again help the elves to find information about the strange ghosts that wander between the trees of the grove. The bodies of this long-dead Eladrin bothered the rest of the visitors and Illiyanbruen alike.
In this new installment in Sharandar history, players will be introduced to Mathilda Soulstealer, the Night Hag, when she reveals herself courageously during an attack. The Night Hag withdraws into the ethereal plane and ultimately meets brave adventurers in their own hiding place. In these winding and dark corridors, players will attempt to once again neutralize the darkness that grips the repaired grove and stop future threats to the rebuilding of Sharandar.
Players’ efforts to combat these lingering threats within the Feywild will be rewarded with new companion gear in Episode 2. In Shattered Diamonds and the Vault of Stars dungeon, players can now receive items such as the Glittering Companion’s Spellbook, Glittering Companion Sword Knot, Pristine Companion Ring, and more!
In addition to the adventure rewards, Episode 2 launch day brings a colorful swarm of limited-time mounts available for purchase. Three new color variations of the Butterfly Swarm Mounts will be available for the first month of the episode release.
Finally, the release of the Vunge of Stars dungeon in the middle of Episode 1 gave adventurers a chance to complete the dungeon Wish for a star Power. Continuing the storyline and completing all of the episode 2 missions will allow players to progress through the missions as well Defender of the Feywild Xbox success that will ultimately be completed when Episode 3 is released in the future.
With one Hag allegedly defeated, adventurers should be well prepared to defeat a second. But will this really be the end of the dark presence that lurks in the shadows? Neverwinter Sharandars Episode 2: The Soul Keeper is now live on Xbox!
