Glad you may have received an invitation to attend the Tech Preview session scheduled for this weekend in your mailbox! And since 343 Industries has just communicated a lot of information about the process and content of this test, we will describe all of this in detail in this article.
What are the dates for the Halo Infinite Beta?
If we don’t know exactly when this Tech Preview will start, we already know that it will be on the day of Thursday July 29th. On the other hand, 343industries has already communicated the exact schedule for the end of the beta, which will take place this Monday, August 2nd, at 7:00 p.m. (Fri time).
- Thursday, July 29th: Start time has yet to be confirmed
- Friday, July 30th: Two phases of meetings at 9 p.m. and 4 a.m.
- Saturday, July 31st: Two phases of meetings at 9 p.m. and 4 a.m.
- Sunday 1st August: Two phases of meetings at 9 p.m. and 4 a.m.
- Monday, August 2nd: The tech preview ends at 7:00 p.m.
The only goal of the meeting phases will be to allow people to regroup at set times to make sure they can find enough players. Otherwise it is possible to play as you like between Thursday and Monday.
How do i install it?
If you’re one of the lucky ones to attend the Halo Infinite Tech Preview, you’re probably wondering how to get it installed on your console or PC. Unfortunately, the 343 Industries teams have not yet communicated the operating mode. We will therefore remain vigilant and will definitely update the article as soon as we have more information on the subject. One thing is for sure, you must have received the invitation by email to participate.
Which cards will be playable?
There will be 3 potentially playable cards on the weekend. “Possibly” yes, as they’ll unlock over time if the players play enough and the developers are able to get the information they want to review. Which game modes will be playable?
Assassin bot
In this mode you can play against AI-controlled bots online with up to 4 players. Initially, only one of the three maps will be available, but 343 Industries says the more people play this mode each day, the more maps and bot levels will be unlocked.
