According to a new rumor, a new trailer for Beyond Good & Evil 2 has been in the pipeline for about a year.
It has been seven years since the official announcement of Beyond Good & Evil 2. Numerous delays, internal development problems and reboots later, many fans no longer really believe in the release repeatedly promised by Ubisoft.
New hope is now offered by gaming journalist Tom Henderson, who on X claims that Ubisoft has had a new trailer for the open-world adventure in the works for about a year. It remains unclear when it is planned to present it to the public:
“I know it’s a meme by now, but a BG&E2 trailer has been ready for about a year. It would be nice to see it this weekend – or at least a release date for BG&E 20th Anniversary (which was supposed to come out months ago).”
