With the release of Dying Light fast approaching, Techland has just sent out a new invite to players. This suggests we are heading back to the studio for a sixth episode of Dying 2 Know to learn more about the title. A show that is also designed to highlight the Xbox One and PS4 versions of the game, as promised by the Polish teams.
This final episode of Dying 2 Know will take place on Thursday January 13th. A speech in the form of the last public release before the commercialization of Dying Light 2, which is planned for February 4, 2022, will give the studio the opportunity to share new information about its future production as well as unreleased gameplay clips. A gameplay that will at least partially rely on old-gen, as the studio’s Twitter account assured not long ago.
A summary of previous Dying 2 Know is now available with this invitation. There’s a recap of the various shows the studio has produced so far, with a focus on the promises of this new title, of course. The decisions and their consequences, the construction of the city, the fights or the music are some of the topics that are discussed there. An ideal format, therefore, to update on our consoles and PC before Dying Light 2 arrives.
If you’re a PC gamer and have high-end equipment, Techland is the place for you. A third video is actually available on Youtube and allows you to see in-game sequences that have never been seen before. Recordings in 4K with ray tracing as the key. The whole thing is honestly very nice with some panoramas in particular that are drooling.
