Outriders makes a big leap in performance compared to the demo and now runs at a stable 60fps on Xbox Series X | S.
In a final test of the next-gen versions of Outriders, the experts at Digital Foundry compare the game with the demo version and find that there is an enormous leap in performance.
“Outriders runs well, looks beautiful and delivers almost constant 60fps on Xbox Series X | S and PlayStation 5,” they say.
Outriders runs almost identically on the Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5, there are only differences in resolution: the PlayStation 5 version has a resolution of 3072 × 1728, while the Xbox Series X 3200 × 1800
The Xbox Series S has a resolution of 1920 × 1080. It should come as no surprise, however, that the Xbox Series S lags behind its big brother in terms of resolution and graphic effects. According to Digital Foundry, however, you also get a very good-looking game with 60fps on the chic little console.
