The paid Mister Chief Bundle provides Halo Infinite players with seven thematic items.
In addition to the current hero of Reach season and the winter emergency event, Halo fans can now look forward to a new paid DLC.
The Mister Chief Bundle, comprising seven items, provides Halo Infinite players with a weapon tag, a business card and emblems in the Mister Chief design for the price of 2000 credits (approx. 18 dollars).
Mister Chief is a Halo meme created by Halo boss Frank O’Connor, which depicts the Master Chief in a funny comic style.
As in previous DLC releases, the Mister Chief DLC was criticized from various quarters for its relatively high purchase price.
Despite price criticism, Halo Infnite’s paid content appears to be proving very popular among gamers. For example, the prize pool for the first HCS event was topped up with $ 100,000 from microtransactions.
As usual, Microsoft has been reluctant to provide precise information on total revenue.
