There are only a few weeks left before the end of December and thus we end one of the most eventful and chaotic years in the world of video games with an absurd number of important releases that have arrived over the months.
One of the latest to arrive recently on PC and consoles is The Finals, the shooter with scenarios full of destruction developed by former DICE employees and which was recently released for free.
The Finals prepares for its first patch
This game has been in the works for months of this year and it was during the last Game Awards gala in which its full launch for all platforms was confirmed.
Now that The Finals is already out, its developers They are preparing to release updates that improve it, like 1.3.0 that this is still to come and that it should not take too long.
- You can now see your actual position in the leaderboards once you play a ranked match.
- The requirements for unranked tournaments have been reduced from 12 to 6 games.
- The “Recents” tab on the social screen now works.
- Some crash cases have been fixed.
- Improvements to motion sensation animation to get closer to the OB experience.
- Fixed a bug where some doors in Las Vegas opened in the wrong direction.
- Pending interactions initiated while moving will no longer be terminated prematurely.
- OCE/SA servers can be selected on all platforms.
The Final is another of the surprises we had in 2023 and we look forward to seeing it grow and evolve over the coming months, something we are going to be paying close attention to.
