From the medieval French town that inspired the Heidel region in its MMORPG Black Desert Online, Korean developer and publisher Pearl Abyss hosted its annual event. Heidel ball. New details on the Land of Bright Dawn: Seoul
The event offered some intriguing new details about the upcoming free expansion, Land of the Radiant Dawn: Seoul. Highlighting the continued evolution of the fable of the first part of the Land of Radiant Dawn.

The revamped Dark Sanctuary will now allow guilds create groups of 5 people to fight the eight fearsome bosses (and two others undisclosed). These battles introduce a host of challenging new mechanics, including health recovery, resurrection changes, and guild member ranking and reward systems.
Palace management
Once players have completed their narrative journey to the Land of Bright Dawn: Seoul, they will be able to explore Gyeongbok Palace. A realistically recreated palace in the immense capital of ancient Seoul. There they will be able to immerse themselves in the new “Palace Management” system, a new mechanic with which players will be able to manage various resources and production nodes in the same way as a resource management simulator.
One of the main new features in the Land of Radiant Dawn: Seoul is a Genesis quality weapon, called Kings. Its design is inspired by Dark Bongwang (a mythological animal from Korean culture, similar to a phoenix), a boss in the new expansion. Once it arrives (August 7 in Korea, this fall in Europe), the Sovereign will be the highest level weapon in the game.
Dosa, 28th class, arrives July 3 on PC
The new sword-wielding, pipe-smoking male Dosa class has debuted in an action-packed new trailer. The video shows the “Hwando”, the giant sword this class wields along with the various uses of their smoking pipe, the Gombangdae. The pipe allows him to use smoke to deceive his enemies, as well as summon ghostly figures to crush them.
Dosa can be played in Black Desert Online for PC from Wednesday July 3.
Hardcore PvP Servers
Experienced PvP players will face a new challenge with the introduction of exclusive hardcore servers. Based on seasons, these new challenging competitive servers are always active and characters will start directly at level 60 and with predefined equipment.

As a game over 10 years old, Pearl Abyss has seen its players evolve and demand new ways to interact. One of the next big updates is the revival of the fraternity systemwhich will give adventurers the opportunity to define the identity, objectives and playstyle of their guild.
One of the highlights of this new system will be the ability for guilds to gain fame by creating PvP and PvE content. It can be exchanged for rewards, including a spectacular dragon with which you can explore the world of Black Desert.
Jordine’s saga renewed
The character Jordine, one of the most important in the game’s history and who played a fundamental role throughout the main story, is at the center of a major overhaul. Many of our current main stories from the Jordine Saga will be revamped with voiced dialogue, cutscenes, and more engaging gameplay.
Jordine Saga will be available in all regions starting Wednesday, June 26 on PC. And from Wednesday July 10 on consoles.
