True to his appointment (how could it be otherwise) Phil Spencer left an interesting article in the last Xbox group podcast in which the head of the Xbox division was the main guest. In the program they talked about a variety of things, but if one stands above the exit then the next one will have lessons like Obsidian.
In the sequel Phil Spencer seems to be promoting Obsidian after finishing the development of The Outer Worlds and with a small team working at Ground, his next big project will be a triple-action game for the Xbox Series X.

- Spencer: Well, no, I mean the whole team.
For those who don't know, Ground is being developed by about 15 Obsidian employees, which is exactly, 10% of the research is working on developing the game, so another part of Obsidian (most) is working on a major project, a project that would be announced for the Xbox Series X according of the latest rumors.
Apparently Phil Spencer didn't go into too much detail behind those comments in a humorous tone, so there's no need to persevere until either Obsidian or Microsoft talk loud and clear about new research projects.
