Ubisoft announced today that Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is now available worldwide for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One, Amazon Luna, and for Windows PC via the Epic Games Store and the Ubisoft Store is available.
In this brand new adventure, players take on the role of Sargon, a young, gifted warrior and member of an elite group called The Immortals. They are sent to rescue Prince Ghassan and explore Mount Qaf, a once wondrous place that is now cursed and dangerous.
Sargon and his brothers in arms will soon discover that time itself is a treacherous enemy and that balance must be restored to the world.
Inspired by the Metroidvania structure, Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown lets players explore a hand-crafted world at their own pace.
From the majestic Citadel of Knowledge to the colorful landscapes of the Hyrcanian Forest, players will discover a variety of environments inspired by Persian mythology.
By acquiring new time powers, unlocking unique abilities, equipping various amulets and combining them, Sargon will gradually advance deeper into Mount Qaf, solving puzzles, finding secrets and completing exciting side quests. Sargon will also learn to master the various time powers to defeat unique and mythological creatures that stand in his way.
To get a taste of the game, players can try out the free demo. This bespoke demo provides a first look at the epic journey that awaits in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown.
The demo contains carefully selected sections from the game, with early unlocks of time powers and amulets, to show off key gameplay features without spoiling the story. Some content in this demo may differ from the final game.
As they explore this mythical place, players will be completely immersed in the game thanks to the original soundtrack created by Mentrix and Gareth Coker.
