Lord of the Rings fans can start to get excited, as a new game set in the world of JRR Tolkien’s characters is on the way from Private Division (a subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive) and Weta Workshop. they joined exclusively to give life to this project which can have a very bright future.
Few companies have more to do with Tolkien’s saga than Weta Workshop, the New Zealand company that was heavily involved in special effects for the Hobbit and Lord of the Rings films. According to Private Division, the title is still in the early stages of development and could possibly hit stores in 2024, though there aren’t many more details.

The fantasy world created by Tolkien has spawned great titles like Shadows of Mordor and Shadows of War more recently and brilliant RTS’s like The Battle for Middle Earth among many others, but of course there are always more to come. space in the library for another game from this magical universe.
