MangaCup: The competition is about to start!
Last but not least ! We qualified the 22 pilots for the Interclass MangaCup. Mangalore showed us this start of the competition live LIVE on its Twitch channel, which you can find here every Saturday night from 8:45 p.m.: https://www.twitch.tv/mangalore67
After many practice sessions and after a qualifying evening in which all drivers gave their best, the 22 best lap times on the Silverstone circuit gave their verdict with a car from the origin class S.
Joining the channel’s regulars and previous championships were new entrants who really didn’t come to fill up the numbers. The goal was to be in the top 22 times, but for some it was also about the best time. To give you an idea, last Mangacup, with the same qualification rules and the same cars, the best time was 2’03”210, compared to 2’02”318 today!
Congratulations to all the participants who, despite not finishing in the top 22, did their best and hopefully had a great time.
Next step of the MangaCup
We will therefore start the first round in class E. Next Saturday 30th April 2022 we can see what Brands Hatch and Lime Rock have in store for us in Class E.
Although the small class of Forza Motorsport 7 does not seem very fast, the fight will be fierce. Indeed, with qualifying times showing small groups with very tight times and drivers determined not to be overtaken, every tenth of a second will be good for hoping to cross the finish line ahead of their rivals!
To continue following the championship, here is the full calendar of the competition to follow on Mangalore’s Twitch channel: https://www.twitch.tv/mangalore67
