What’s new in Closed Beta 3?
You will discover new maps, new features, new skins, new characters, new karts and much more. Veterans among fans will also see many improvements to existing modes and mechanics, including Item Mode and Speed Mode.
Item mode allows pl ayers to collect and use over 15 different items to attack, defend, and even aid their allies in team races. Players who love fast-paced racing should check out the speed mode, where they can refill their boost meter by skillfully drifting in order to get ahead of the other karts and achieve victory!
Customize your kart and your racer and drive across the street in style!
One of the biggest new features is the Livery System. The color, pattern, coating and stickers of your kart can be customized. Some existing designs are available for reference.
There are also some new karts including Brutus, Justice, Saber, Spider and Storm that look just as awesome as they sound!
But what good is a great new car without a superstar at the wheel? In addition to the current cast of characters, the mysterious Neo, the terrifying Rex and the queen of selfies Marid appear in Closed Beta 3.
In addition to the 16 routes that beta participants have already seen, there are 15 new routes to discover. You can explore city traffic, icy glaciers, dusty deserts, haunted cemeteries, or a blazing hot track where lava explodes along the way.
