Square Enix plans to release several new games through March 2022.
The Japanese developer Square Enix presented its financial report for the third quarter of the current financial year.
First of all, it appears that the sales for the action game Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy fell short of the company’s expectations, despite the good reviews.
It stressed that the game’s sales initiatives, launched in November, were carried over into the new year, resulting in revenue growth that offset the game’s slow launch.
Square Enix said on an outlook for the fourth quarter (January 1st to March 31st, 2022) that they will release several new games.
