The first Roblox game from essence sends the gaming community on a colorful adventure against the gray storm
The beauty brand essence launches its first Roblox game ‘Color dare by essence’ and unites gamers in a dazzling, dreamlike world. The game is available now on the Roblox platform on PC and Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, iOS and Android devices.
A colorful game dedicated to pride and diversity: Together with the main character “Lash Princess”, the players create a colourful, diverse world with individualized avatars. But on the horizon lurks a gray storm that embodies everything bad in the world, like bullying or violence. The Lash Princess stands by the player and explains the mission of the game: “Let’s make the world colorful and peaceful again!”
With friendliness and color against the gray in the world: In the course of the adventure, developed together with the digital agency DEPT®, players can color houses and the environment with different painting tools and make gray NPCs happy with words or gestures. They can also help other players and complete different tasks. On four community days, players must then defeat everything horror in the world within a certain time. If this task is successfully completed, there will be a mega event for all players, where the community can win a donation for a selected charity. essence is planning numerous other charity campaigns and wants to support exactly where help is needed.

Leveraging the cohesiveness of the gaming community: The brand, which belongs to cosnova, publishes the game as part of its Pride campaign and wants to contribute to making a positive difference within the game world and in reality. With ‘Color dare by essence’, essence is taking the first step onto the Roblox platform and is pursuing long-term plans to draw attention to topics in a playful way. ‘Color dare by essence’ aims to bring together the game and the real world with its unique approach by collaborating with the LGBTQIA+ agency “Mixx” to support charities that support the LGBTQIA+ community with donations.
