Happy New Year! Every new year comes a list of solid goals, dreams, regrets – things you wish you could do better, or different, things you love and want to keep doing forever. Season 15 contestants will celebrate those decisions with 8 weeks of carefully considered challenges, each focusing on a specific aspect of New Year's goals.

Our first Rivals challenge is focused on the New Year's resolutions – hit that one in the gym, get ripped off, and close off the remaining poundage from 2019. We have put together a powerful song list designed to compliment the performance and inspire you to get active and healthy in the new year. We're launching things with new DLCs featuring songs from Green Day and Weezer to get you started on your fingerprints and metal kicks!
