Earlier this year, the First Watch Games team launched the first season of Rogue Companywho introduced our first Battle Pass and a new villain, Kestrel. Today we’re excited to announce the release of our latest update for Season 1, now on Xbox Series X | S and Xbox One available! Complete with our newest playable rogue, Seeker, and one of our most ambitious maps yet. Let’s break down everything this update has in store for players!
First, let’s take a look at the new villain that is added to the list of Rogue Company in this update. Seeker, a former gold medalist Olympic gold medalist, joins the team as one of the youngest recruits of all time – but don’t mistake his age for inexperience! Seeker has been enlisted by Kestrel as an official member of the Rogue Company to embark on a deadly mission. Now he has to prove his skills on the battlefield, for which a lifetime of training and competition have prepared him! In the game, the Seeker’s Bow isn’t just deadly – it does extra damage when you land a ricochet shot at an enemy – it’s also vital to your team’s tactics. With its arrow scanner ability, the Seeker fires an arrow that reveals enemies in its trajectory – giving your team an undeniable advantage on the battlefield!
This update also introduces our newest map, Hollows, to the world of Rogue Company. Built on a remote island, Hollows is a secret base for the mysterious Jackal vigilante group. The Hollows were built to rocket a stealth weapons platform into space and ultimately become a deadly battlefield in the battle for logistical superiority between the Jackal and the Rogue Company. Made up of a large underground cave, Hollows is a scenic location that goes against its deadly intent – a fact noticed by the Rogue Company, which dispatched a team to sabotage the missile launch and save the day! The Seeker’s big moment will come when he has to take an impossible shot to disable the missile and prevent launch – can he make the shot he has trained for practically all of his life? The release of Hollows also includes the introduction of the new limited time mode called Assault, a 4v4 game mode in which the attacking team must plant a bomb on the defending team and detonate it. The fast-paced strategic gameplay makes Assault a game mode you won’t want to miss!
