Villain Legacy 2 is finally out and we know a lot of fans can’t wait to be right in the middle! For newbies, however, getting started can be quite daunting, so here are a few tips and tricks to help amateur adventurers get into the flow.
TIPS AND TRICKS:
Get rich or die trying – Manor Gold Upgrades: Villain Legacy 2 is quite a tough game and the beginning can be overwhelming for some players. Your Manor has plenty of upgrades to help you complete these challenges, but there’s a lot to sift through, so here are a few skills we recommend for new players. The very first upgrade in the Manor grants gold bonuses to the traits you choose, but that’s not all. Skills like the Repurposed Mining Shaft increase trait gold bonuses, while Offshore Banking allows players to slowly accumulate gold until they can afford more expensive items. They may seem expensive, but buying them early gives you a quick edge.
Mastery XP OP – the Sage Totem: Purchasing status upgrades in your Manor is not the only way to strengthen your character. Unlocking the Sage Totem gives you access to Mastery XP, which makes each hero class naturally stronger the more you play them. Even better, these strengths are persistent and carry over between classes. Players who buy the Sage Totem and diversify the classes they play can get quick and easy bonuses that will really help early on.
Get them all – Heirlooms: We don’t want to give too much away, but be sure to keep an eye out for heirlooms as you roam the kingdom. They may seem ominous and intimidating at first, but remember, luck favors the brave! You may not succeed in their challenges the first time, but for the persistent and eventual winners, you’ll get the biggest rewards the game has to offer.
Show me your moves – spells and talents: Don’t build bad habits! Try to use every ability you have, even when there are no enemies around, just to help you understand your character’s strengths. Yes, your weapon is strong, but each hero class also has a unique talent, along with a random spell, and the key to success is using them all. Mana is plentiful in RL2, so don’t be afraid to experiment!
Another level to fight – Skill Crits: Once you get used to using all of your abilities, ability critical hits, also known as ability critical hits, can take things to the next level. Every weapon and spell in the game has a way to deal extra damage, such as: B. charging while attacking or hitting enemies at the peak of your blade strike. Not only are these skill crits immensely satisfying, but they get stronger as you get better at them. Learning the nuances will ensure you can take down the most powerful enemies in a short amount of time.
Master Mobility – Spin Kicks: There’s a reason why we feature you Spin Kick so often in the tutorial. In Villain Legacy 2, the spin kick is life. Mastering it will add a new level to both your platforming and combat repertoire. In fact, it’s so versatile that you can beat the entire game with just that one move. It’s not recommended, but it’s possible (yes, someone did).
Practice creates masters – The architect: We’ve gone to great lengths to ensure every boss is included Villain Legacy 2 can be hit without being hit. It takes a lot of practice, but luckily there’s an easy way to keep trying until you get that good. After purchasing it in the Manor, the Architect will give you the ability to lock down the kingdom and prevent it from changing. If you’ve already found the boss room, a locked kingdom means you can keep fighting the boss as it’s only a teleporter away.
Pro tip: Spend an heir or two dodging the boss’ attacks and see how long you can last. By focusing solely on defense and not worrying about attacks, it’s easier to learn the boss’s attack patterns and timing. Once they figure them all out, you can take the fight to them.
Play Your Way – House Rules: Even after following all these tips, Villain Legacy 2 still has a steep learning curve and you can still struggle. Or maybe you don’t want to invest so much time and would rather just lie back and relax on the couch. Everyone is different, and the house rules allow you to customize the experience to your liking. Increase or decrease the difficulty, toggle contact damage, and even slow down time while aiming to keep the game going at your pace.
Play however you want and don’t worry, there is no penalty for using the house rules.
That covers the basics to get you started. Keep that in mind before you even touch the controller Villain Legacy 2 is more than just quick hands and quick reflexes. Equipping yourself with the right knowledge and the will to persevere is just as powerful. This guide is just the tip of the iceberg, so keep learning new things as you play. There is much more to look for, discover and above all enjoy. Thank you for reading and we hope you enjoy it Villain Legacy 2.
