If I missed anything, it’s the game updates for Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S. There are still games being played that deserve a “next gen” patch for newer Microsoft consoles. Fortnite is the newest that I can remember, Epic Games did a great job completely changing the game engine to Unreal Engine 5.
However, this is not the only game that will receive an update again, Saber Interactive’s World War Z: Aftermath is about to be ported to current-gen consoles
This update introduces mutators to the standard Horde Mode Z game mode, along with devastating and deadly new weapons and a revamped and improved weapon progression system.
Horde XL mode arrives with 1,000 zombies on screen
The best thing about this update is that for the first time the game will be able to represent 1,000 zombies on screen with their own behaviors. Something that is logically only possible on current consoles, the Xbox One is already far from it. The new Horde XL mode will make it difficult for you, but it will be terribly fun.
Regarding the improvements for the Xbox Series X, we know that the resolution will reach the 4K, and the game will render at 60 frames per second. At this time, no details have been given on the Xbox Series S graphics settings.
