Satya Nadella Claims Good Xbox Game Pass Numbers

The Microsoft service seems to continue to go from strength to strength.

Following Micros oft’s financial results, Satya Nadella took the opportunity to speak

big numbers that Xbox Game Pass has recently achieved. Here is the transcript of part of the January 24 earnings conference call:

“We hit new highs in Xbox Game Pass subscriptions, game streaming hours and monthly active devices. And monthly active users surpassed the record 120 million during the quarter., said Satya Nadella, president and CEO of Microsoft.

Microsoft’s results for the second quarter of 2023 are out:

🎮 Xbox hardware revenue down 13%
🕹️ Games down 13%, Xbox content and services down 12%
☁️ 63.2 million consumer Microsoft 365 subscribers
🖥️ Windows OEM revenue down 39% and devices down 39%

Thus, during the last fiscal quarter, Game Pass reached record figures, Cloud Gaming is increasingly present among gamers and Xbox surpassed 120 million monthly active users in a single quarter. However, despite this record, Xbox dropped its revenue by 13%.

The latest official figures from the Redmond firm on Game Pass were the 25 million users declared by Phil Spencer last October.
